Service Plans.

Our service plan charges are one of the lowest within the industry, note that all plans are priced for individuals and sole traders only, we are happy to provide business rates upon request.

Email scans and mail forwarding.

Each of our service plans attracts different rates for scanning letters and forwarding mail or parcels. Please note that scanning letters and forwarding of any types of mail is optional allowing you to save money. All post and parcels can be delivered to our offices and held for collection as this is what the service charge element is for, scanning and mail / parcel forwarding are options. Both scanning and forwarding are invoiced to you fortnightly and that is why we do not ask for a postage fund unlike others.

Vehicle and drivers licence registration.

Please note that it is up to the DVLA to make any decisions regarding who can or can not register a vehicle or drivers licence to our address. We will not accept any responsibility or liability should your request be declined by the DVLA or any of its partners. We simply offer this facility as part of a service and your annual service plan has no charges associated to this element of your account.

Plan payments and invoicing.

Plans are priced per annum and payment is made via stripe by way of credit or debit card securely. Any additional payments for services such as scanning letters to email or mail forwarding are invoiced each fortnight, invoices are sent with a payment link unique to your invoice, this is payable through stripe using your credit or debit card. Payment must be made within 7 calendar days of invoice being sent to you.
